Several Proteintech antibodies have recently appeared in an Acta Neuropathologica paper further distinguishing the pathomechanisms behind FTLD-FUS and ALS with FUS mutations (ALS-FUS) [1]. Proteintech TDP-43 antibody proves to be an effective tool in FTLD and ALS research

TDP-43 is the major disease protein in ubiquitin-positive frontotemporal lobar degeneration (FTLD-U) and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) (Neumann et al1).
